Food safety is a major concern around the world due to toxic metal contamination in food and associated health risks. Vegetables, cereals baked goods make up large part of healthy human diet as vital sources nutrients, minerals fiber. Long-term intake metals with facilitates their accumulation body. The study aimed assess risks for adults children caused by alimentary chemical elements local products. was conducted Republic Bashkortostan, which territory developed agricultural industrial complex.
